This is Pure Bliss / by Andrew Yorke

Every once in a while, you stumble across something on the internet that moves you in the weirdest way. It happened to me, stumbling through videos that various Facebook friends share on a daily basis.

This is a band named Árstíðir, an Icelandic group of truly talented folk. I had never heard of them until today. But I quickly went over to their site and watched several more of their videos. Long story very short, I am now quite a fan.

This particular video has them performing an 800 year-old Icelandic chant in the middle of a German train station. They have a few people listening. But the experience is truly unique. If I were to find that in a train station, I'd gladly miss my train. Something like this doesn't happen too often. Take a look.
